Why do quotes for landscaping services in UK differ so dramatically? Because they do not (cannot) guarantee their work.
These are the explicit published guarantees given by us.
1. 3-Year Structural Warranty
For hardscaping paths, patios, walls, and retaining features. We will rebuild or repair at no cost if there is a fault due to workmanship. (Not applicable when using 3rd party slabs and not applicable where others have previously laid patios.)
2. Plant Survival Guarantee
We will replace any plant that dies within 3 months if we planted it and you took advised actions on care.
3. Weed-Free Guarantee
If weeds break through in treated, installed areas within 12 months (e.g. patios, gravel beds, mulched borders), we will return once to remove them and reinforce the barrier at no cost. (not applicable where others have laid patios or where we have not provided the whole job).
4. Hardscape Growth-Free Guarantee
Premium guarantee for patios and paths with resin, jointing compound, or grout. We will come back to reseal or fix cracked joints if growth appears due to material failure within 2 years. (not applicable where others have laid patios or where we have not provided the whole job).
